CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT NUMBER:_________ The members of The Horses of Course Club hereinafter referred to as “the sellers” and Rooney Feeds Ltd. And their employees assume no responsibility what so ever for any loss, damage or injury to person or property. Consignors will list items for sale on a form provided on the reverse including their consignment numbers. Consignors will secure a tag or label on each item for sale clearly marking the price, their consignment number and a brief description of item. Please print clearly and include sizes as it helps to sell the item. Items that loose their tags could get lost and not credited to your consignment number. All items are to be dropped off Friday the night before the sale between 6:00-8:30 pm. All items must remain at the sale during the sale time posted. Consignors will be paid after 2:00 p.m the day of the sale i.e.: NO PAYMENTS DURING THE SALE WHAT SO EVER!!!! All items not sold must be picked up between 2pm and 4pm the day of the sale or they will be accepted as a donation to the horse club. If you wish to delegate someone else to pick up your unsold items and payment for the sold items, please provide the sellers with your permission in writing. It is agreed that the sellers will deduct 15% from the proceeds of the sale as their consignment commission. The Horses of Course Club or Rooney Feeds Ltd., do not warrant or guarantee any item or items sold. All items are sold “AS IS”. I fully acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
